Spoonflower recently had a fabric contest with the theme being of shoes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it on time to submit my design, so I decided to share it here with all of you. I’ve always been a big fan of Nordic design, so I decided to make this cool clogs.
El sitio web Spoonflower recientemente tuvo una competencia de diseño de telas con el tema de zapatos. Desafortunadamente no pude mandar mi diseño, pero decidí compartirlo con ustedes. Siempre he sido fanática de diseños Nordicos, asi que hize un diseño de zapatos suecos.

So I went ahead and submitted my macaws pattern to Spoonflower like 2 weeks ago, and I my sample swatch just arrived today. Totally love it! I’m so loving doing textile design, can’t wait to submit my other ones!
Por fin me decidí a mandar mi patrón de guacamayas a Spoonflower hace como 2 semanas, y hoy me llegó mi muestra. Me super, super encanta! Me está gustando mucho mis patrones en textil, no puedo esperar hasta mandar otra!

I just found out recently that i’m going to be an aunt, woohoo, so needless to say i’m super excited! Obviously, I want to make my niece’s entrance into this world very special, so I decided to custom design her crib bedding. So far, the mom wants a tropical theme, so I suggested that we should use typical animals & flowers from our darling Panama, and these are my sketches so far. More to come…
Estoy super emocionada porque voy a ser tia de una super linda bebé! Obviamente, como toda buena tia quiera darle una bienvenida especial a mi futura sobrinita, asi que decidí diseñar un juego de sábanas para su cunita. La mamita me dijo que quiere un tema tropical, asi que yo le sugerí que incluyeramos animales y florecitas típicas de nuestra Panamá, y eston son muy bocetos iniciales. Pontro tendré más…

As u know I love the work of pattern design, so lately I’ve been working on a mini collection of fun, tropical motifs with my illustrations. I really like how my macaws & flowers came out, might be doing some tweeking with the fish & the birds.
Como ustedes saben me encantan los diseños de patrones, asi que decidí diseñar mis propios patrones con un tema divertido y tropical. Me gusta como me salieron mis guacamayas y mis flores, pero quizás añada algo a mis pescaditos y mis frutas.
